absolutely awful service

I really have fairly low expectations when it comes to cable/dish. I understand that customer service is basically an afterthought in this business. But...Directtv really is bad. Not only could they not get my dish to work, but they never showed up when they said they would come back to get it working. And now...2 months after I told them to stop trying to install the dish..I am still trying to resolve a bill for a reciever that was never installed. Yes..Direct TV has billed me over $400 for a piece of equipment that never was in my home. Comcast is not great...but direct tv is awful in Atlanta. There aren't words to describe how bad this company has been to deal with.

Easy to do business with

From my first phone call to Excel, I knew they were going to be the company I would choose to buy carpet from. When Jonathon came to my home to help pick out the carpet, I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. His focus was to help educate me on my options and pick out the best carpet for my home. The installers showed up on time and delivered quality work. Calling after to make sure I was satisfied was a nice touch. I highly recommend Excel.

Great service

I recently bought a home that seemed to have quite a few spiders in the basement. When I called they were very friendly and knowledgable about what service I needed. They came out the next day took the time to explain what treatments they did...and what I needed to do going forward. I had a great experience and would recommend this company to others.

Oustanding service

Coleman, Fausto, Fernando, Sean and Henry moved me this past week and I couldn't have been happier with their work. Also, Justin at the office number was friendly and easy to work with. Some of the other movers I talked to were a little used car salesman-ish...not this company. The moving crew that I mentioned above showed up on time and with a great attitude. Moving is stressful and these guys made it easy. There wasn't a scratch on my stuff..or on my walls. They completed the job on time and within the cost estimate. I highly recommend them.
